Booking Policy

We appreciate you booking an appointment with us. You must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. Same-day cancellations will pay the full-service cost. I will cancel your appointment if you are more than 10-minutes late for your appointment time. Your retainer (i.e., deposit) is not transferrable or refundable even if you cancel 72 hours in advance.
